Lord Simon Reading, the Marquess of Reading and a member of the English House of Lords (1980-1999), has been active for over 30 years in international business world with interests in mining and financial services. He has served as in various strategic capacities as director and/or adviser for a various companies and charities including New Energy Corp. (TSXV), Dragon Vision Corporation International, Willow Impact Investment Fund and The Great Turk Fund. He has worked assiduously over the years to develop and establish British/international partnerships.

Tolagbe is a seasoned professional with 14 years’ experience in people management, customer retention, networking and communication. A two-time graduate of the London School of Economics with a Master’s degree in Organisational Social Psychology, she has principal responsibility for the implementation and execution of business strategies and policies for AMS.

Kingsley Uwagbale

Kingsley has over 25 years experience in logistics and performance management in the Oil & Gas industry. He was most recently Executive Director, Strategy and Planning at Caverton Helicopters Limited. A graduate of the University of Benin, he has a degree in Industrial Chemistry and MBA in Marketing. He has attended various courses and training programmes in Project Management, Negotiations, Human Resources, Business Development and Talent Management from institutions including Cambridge University and Harvard Business School.

Olubunmi Aje
Procurement Manager

Olubunmi is an experienced and skilled BPO professional with a record of delivering high-level contact center and customer service training in a high-pressure environment. A graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, she has successfully set up installations and consulted on key contact centre solutions for a diverse pool of local and international clients in both the public and private sectors.

Ugo Nwuzor
Head, Information Technology

Ugo is a resourceful and certified IT professional with proven ability to drive business innovation leveraging on information security, applications, networking, risk management and technical sales. A graduate of University of Lagos, he has 15 years’ worth of experience in financial banking solutions, relationship management, customer service, BPO and technical sales as well as successfully managed the IT projects and operations at the Lagos State Emergency Command and Control Centre.

David Deuchar

David has extensive experience in command and control, crisis management and conflict resolution as well as risk analysis and mitigation. He operated in the role of Service Delivery Manager for the Metropolitan Police Westminster, London for 13 years and a police officer with the Sussex Police Brighton, United Kingdom for over five years.
